Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager (Acquisition) to lead and scale a high-performing team focused on dealer acquisition in the Recreational and Commercial vehicle marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing digital sales team to exceed revenue goals
  • Provide direction and leadership in developing and closing sales opportunities using a consultative approach
  • Monitor funnel metrics and conversion rates to optimize team performance


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing/advertising experience in account management and/or business development
  • 2+ years of experience in people management
  • Proven track record of exceeding budget and KPI expectations
  • Experience selling B2B digital marketing solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
