Job Summary
A company is looking for an Acquisition Services Buyer to work remotely for a government contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal customers to generate specifications and statements of work
- Perform market research, price analysis, and negotiate fixed price purchases
- Administer post-contract duties and resolve supplier performance issues
Required Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience or equivalent education/experience
- General knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and practices
- Demonstrated experience in purchase order/contract administration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with technical standards and principles for purchase orders
