Job Summary

A company is looking for an Acquisition Services Buyer to work remotely for a government contractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with internal customers to generate specifications and statements of work
  • Perform market research, price analysis, and negotiate fixed price purchases
  • Administer post-contract duties and resolve supplier performance issues
Required Qualifications
  • Relevant bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience or equivalent education/experience
  • General knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and practices
  • Demonstrated experience in purchase order/contract administration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with technical standards and principles for purchase orders
