Job Summary
A company is looking for an Acquisition Support Specialist, SME.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review awards, conduct market research, and issue RFIs targeting socio-economic program participants
- Prepare Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) and price fair & reasonable determinations
- Support award documentation, perform burn rate reviews, and analyze procurement workflows for improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of State or Federal Acquisition/Procurement experience
- Experience in full lifecycle acquisition support including market research and contract management
- Full understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Hawaii University or similar institutions is preferred
