Job Summary

A company is looking for an Acquisition Support & SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full acquisition lifecycle from planning to post-award administration and assist with related documentation
  • Maintain and manage SharePoint Online sites and Power Automate solutions, ensuring compliance and user access management
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on procurement activities and assist in preparing acquisition briefings and training materials
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Acquisition/Contracting, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in federal acquisition management or contracting operations
  • At least 2 years of SharePoint Online administration experience
  • Experience maintaining or supporting Power Automate workflows and/or Power Apps solutions
  • Working knowledge of the FAR and agency acquisition policies
