Job Summary
A company is looking for an Acquisition Support & SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full acquisition lifecycle from planning to post-award administration and assist with related documentation
- Maintain and manage SharePoint Online sites and Power Automate solutions, ensuring compliance and user access management
- Coordinate with stakeholders on procurement activities and assist in preparing acquisition briefings and training materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Acquisition/Contracting, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal acquisition management or contracting operations
- At least 2 years of SharePoint Online administration experience
- Experience maintaining or supporting Power Automate workflows and/or Power Apps solutions
- Working knowledge of the FAR and agency acquisition policies
