Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead/Project Manager for acquisitions, to oversee a team and provide guidance and support in federal contracting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements as the Team Lead/Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert
- Manage personnel, including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Provide work direction, oversight, and execution, including assigning tasks, reviewing documentation, and mentoring employees
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least seven (7) years of project management experience
- Understanding of federal contracting and experience in requirements package development
- Experience in acquisition training and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite/Office 365
- Experience in process documentation and improvement analysis
