Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead/Project Manager for acquisitions, to oversee a team and provide guidance and support in federal contracting projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client engagements as the Team Lead/Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert
  • Manage personnel, including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
  • Provide work direction, oversight, and execution, including assigning tasks, reviewing documentation, and mentoring employees

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least seven (7) years of project management experience
  • Understanding of federal contracting and experience in requirements package development
  • Experience in acquisition training and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite/Office 365
  • Experience in process documentation and improvement analysis
