A company is looking for an Acquisitions Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal origination pipeline from initial engagement to closing
• Serve as the primary advisor to clients, guiding them through the ground lease buyout process
• Evaluate opportunities and structure preliminary terms with property owners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in B2C sales
• Strong business acumen and natural sales talent
• Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in transaction negotiation
• Familiarity with real estate closing processes and finance concepts like IRR and NPV
• Experience in renewable energy, commercial real estate, or land acquisition
