Job Summary

A company is looking for an Acquisitions Analyst to support its infill development pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Underwrite on- and off-market residential opportunities using internal and external data
Lead key diligence items including zoning, utilities, and municipal constraints
Prepare deal summaries and maintain market dashboards and acquisition KPIs

Required Qualifications

BS/BA in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field
1-2 years of experience in single-family residential acquisitions
Strong quantitative skills for accurate data evaluation
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for financial modeling
Interest in residential real estate, development, and investment analysis
