Job Summary

A company is looking for an Acquisitions Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Support team members in developing and maintaining a customer pipeline
• Manage personal origination pipeline from initial engagement to closing
• Serve as the primary advisor to clients, guiding them through the ground lease buyout process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in B2C sales
• Natural sales talent with strong business acumen
• Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in transaction negotiation
• Familiarity with real estate closing processes and finance concepts such as IRR and NPV
• Experience in renewable energy, commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, or land acquisition
