Job Summary
To support customer inquiries and prospect onboarding, the part-time Acquisitions Support Center Coordinator will manage communications across multiple channels, including phone, email, and social media, in a remote capacity with the potential for permanent employment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage prospect onboarding and schedule Introductory Sessions for inquiries
- Oversee and respond to social media inquiries and develop communication processes
- Assist active members with customer service needs and facilitate communication between members and company staff
Required qualifications
- Current or former employee of Fastfit or The Perfect Workout
- Ability to work remotely from home
- Proven success as a self-starter with strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Confidence in communicating across multiple channels, including social media
- Education-driven with the ability to implement key takeaways into introductory calls
