ACT and SAT Test Prep Instructor

Job Summary

To inspire students to excel academically, the part-time ACT and SAT Test Prep Instructor will teach all sections of standardized tests, develop personalized learning plans, and utilize innovative teaching methods in both remote and in-person settings.

Key responsibilities

• Teach all sections of the ACT and SAT, simplifying and deconstructing test concepts for students
• Develop and implement tailored learning plans to enhance foundational skills and study techniques
• Motivate and mentor students, building their self-esteem and confidence through positive reinforcement

Required qualifications

• In-depth teaching experience with the ACT and SAT
• Excellent GPA and test scores, ideally in the 98th to 99th percentile
• Strong math, reading, and writing skills
• Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes
• Creative and energetic approach to teaching with a passion for student success
