Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Activations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive team performance management through accountability and monitoring performance metrics for Equipment Solutions and Activations work
  • Handle escalated software requests for various payment processing solutions
  • Develop and maintain excellent relations with customers to drive customer loyalty

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience
  • Strong leadership skills, including leading by example
  • Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate business needs
  • Payment industry experience or relevant experience preferred
