Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive team performance management through accountability and monitoring performance metrics for Equipment Solutions and Activations work
- Handle escalated software requests for various payment processing solutions
- Develop and maintain excellent relations with customers to drive customer loyalty
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills, including leading by example
- Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate business needs
- Payment industry experience or relevant experience preferred
