Activation Representative

Job Summary

Providing essential training and support to newly approved merchants, the full-time remote Activation Representative will assist with the installation of payment processing systems, ensure proper setup, and troubleshoot technical issues to achieve high activation rates.

Key responsibilities:

• Contact newly approved merchants to guide them through the installation of terminals and software
• Verify the payment processing system is correctly installed and programmed for initial transactions
• Collaborate with Senior Activation Representatives to troubleshoot technical issues and conduct Payments HUB setup and training

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Preferred experience in the payment industry or a relevant field
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn processing equipment and software
