Activation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Activation Specialist to onboard and enable small to mid-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement effective strategies for onboarding new merchants to ensure a smooth transition to the platform
• Design and conduct scalable educational programs such as webinars and office hours for SMB and micro-merchant segments
• Provide one-on-one support to merchants and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer success or a similar role
• Understanding of the e-commerce space and familiarity with CRM systems
• Proven track record in a high-growth environment, with startup experience being a plus
• Technical proficiency in digital communication tools to manage relationships effectively
