Activation Specialist

Job Summary

Engaging new customers remotely, the full-time Activation Specialist will become a subject matter expert on Absolute technology, delivering compelling product overviews and guiding clients through the activation process to foster long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Become an Absolute subject matter expert and deliver in-depth product demos to new customers
• Assist customers with deploying and configuring Absolute, ensuring smooth onboarding and product adoption
• Collaborate with sales, customer experience, and product teams to address customer needs and drive engagement

Required qualifications

• Fluent in Portuguese with excellent spoken and written communication skills
• 2+ years of experience in a SaaS high-tech work environment
• Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent
• Knowledge of IT practices and endpoint security, including anti-virus and encryption
• Basic configuration skills for TCP/IP networks and operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS
