Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Active Auto Claims Adjuster will manage and resolve Auto Liability and Property Damage claims, utilizing claims management experience to analyze exposure and ensure effective communication with all parties involved.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability Property Damage claims while adhering to clients' and corporate policies
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA, or other jurisdictions as required
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
