Job Summary

A company is looking for an Active Directory Federation Service Customer Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer teams to provide expert advisory services across various technologies
• Design, deploy, and configure ADFS environments and lead migrations and upgrades
• Assist in writing claims and Access Control Policies, and support multifactor authentication setups

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of ADFS environments and migration processes
• Experience with Active Directory concepts and troubleshooting
• Relevant Microsoft certifications related to Identity and Access
• Ability to provide knowledge transfer and training to customer teams
• Experience in collaborating with architecture and security teams for secure federation designs
