Active Directory Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as the hands-on technical lead, the full-time remote Active Directory Engineer will establish and operate a centralized Entra ID and Active Directory support function, lead incident response, and partner with various teams to manage directory-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a centralized support function for Entra ID and Active Directory, including support models and escalation processes
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for directory-related issues while acting as an escalation point
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory, supporting hybrid identity configurations and directory-dependent applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
• Eight years of diverse IT experience, with a minimum of six years in systems analysis and application program development
• Over eight years of Active Directory experience in enterprise environments
• Five or more years administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for automation in Entra ID and Active Directory operations
