Job Summary

A company is looking for an Active Ingredient Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vaccine components in an aseptic clean room using virus and cell culture techniques per USDA regulations
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and assist in training new employees
• Participate in root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support site projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred Biology degree or related field
• One year or more of laboratory or manufacturing experience
• Experience with aseptic techniques is required
• Experience with cell culture is preferred
• Experience with media or buffer creation is preferred
