Job Summary

Leading the operational management of external contract adjusters, the full-time CLX Squad Lead will oversee property claims handling, ensuring high performance and quality in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight and performance management for contract adjusters handling both steady-state and catastrophe claims
• Track key metrics such as turnaround times and customer satisfaction, driving the team to meet performance goals consistently
• Manage staffing levels and inventory flow to efficiently handle volume spikes without compromising service quality

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of property claims handling experience, including knowledge of renters, dwelling, desk operations, and CAT claims management
• 2+ years in a supervisory role managing desk adjusters or external contract workforces
• Proven track record of enforcing performance metrics and quality standards for third-party contractors
• Active property adjuster license in the resident state
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent operational experience
