Active Public Trust AI Tech Lead

Job Summary

To lead AI/ML architecture and integration efforts within a controlled DevSecOps environment, the fully remote Applied Public Trust AI Tech Lead will design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, oversee model lifecycle management, and ensure secure integration of AI capabilities into enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including RAG pipelines and inference workflows
• Define and implement model lifecycle controls and governance aligned to RMF constraints
• Oversee CI/CD integration for model deployment and retraining, while mentoring engineers

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Active Public Trust clearance or higher, with a CAC issued by a government client in the last 24 months
• Deep experience with RAG architectures and strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS and/or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
