Active Real Estate Licensed Property Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Manager - 3PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee management and supervision of the Assistant Property Manager and ensure proper execution of tasks
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, maintaining consistent communication
• Organize and coordinate repairs and maintenance for properties, conduct inspections, and manage rent collection and lease renewals

Required Qualifications

• Must hold an Active Real Estate License
• 3+ years of property management experience with a portfolio of 500+ units
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience using YARDI is preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
