Job Summary
Managing a small book of business, the full-time Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for clients, focusing on renewing policies, binding new business, and enhancing customer relationships in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
- Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business
- Provide quality and timely service while collaborating with teams to meet client needs
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience
- Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Located in Mountain or Central time zone to accommodate clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working in an Agency Management System required
