Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of commercial lines insurance clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, responsible for renewing policies, binding new business, and enhancing customer relationships while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
  • Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business
  • Evaluate carrier relationships and provide timely service to clients
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience
  • Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
  • Located in the Mountain or Central time zone
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience working in an Agency Management System is required
