Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of commercial lines insurance clients, the full-time remote Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact, responsible for renewing policies, binding new business leads, and enhancing customer relationships while training junior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
- Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business
- Evaluate carrier relationships and provide quality service to customers and clients
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience
- Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Located in Mountain or Central time zone to accommodate clients
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in Excel
- Experience working in an Agency Management System required
