Job Summary

A company is looking for an Active Disclosure Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the invoice and billing process, including tracking sales opportunities and forecasts
• Develop relationships with customers to expand the use of ActiveDisclosure across their organizations
• Prepare and deliver sales quotes while advising customers on additional offerings

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 7 years of technology-based sales experience with a proven record of meeting quotas
• Experience in B2B solution selling to various management levels, including C-suite
• Thorough understanding of enterprise software needs for finance and compliance teams
• General knowledge of financial and regulatory disclosure processes
• CPA certification is highly desired but not required
