Activity Specialist
Job Summary
To support seamless product launches and ongoing operations, the temporary full-time Activity Specialist will manage product master data, assortment, and lifecycle processes for the Plant Based, Dairy, and Beverages categories across the Nordics & Baltics in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update product master data, including SKU creation and lifecycle management activities
- Coordinate and validate information for successful product launches, ensuring all operational requirements are met
- Facilitate information flow between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
Required qualifications
- Experience in operations, activity management, or supply chain coordination
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing product and SKU data
- Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Experience with SAP master data and product lifecycle processes
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic or Baltic language is a plus
