Actuarial Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Actuarial Analyst to drive strategic underwriting decisions through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop reinsurance strategies and identify client needs
- Deliver quarterly insights and actionable recommendations to improve performance
- Collaborate on pricing enhancements and risk modeling for accurate underwriting
Required Qualifications
- Nearing completion of Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society Certification (ACAS)
- 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance with a focus on actuarial analytics
- Understanding of underwriting pricing techniques and advanced knowledge of reinsurance products
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, VBA, SQL, or similar languages
- Experience in catastrophe modeling is highly desirable
