Actuarial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Actuarial Analyst 2 to provide technical and analytical support for actuarial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tools for data management, analysis, and reporting
• Gather and prepare data, generate reports, and conduct analysis for stakeholders
• Participate in special projects and recommend process improvements for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in life insurance or annuities
• Familiarity with Visual Basic and macros, and proficiency in Excel, Access, and Word
• Ability to develop knowledge of the insurance industry and actuarial concepts
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage projects
