Actuarial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Actuarial - Valuation.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate accruals for the monthly close process related to IBNR claims and risk adjustments
• Utilize SQL and Python to enhance existing frameworks and provide insights for actuarial teams
• Investigate performance trends and contribute to regulatory filings and financial planning

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent skills attainment
• Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA), or on track to achieve this
• 3+ years of experience in a related field
• Knowledge of core health insurance concepts and actuarial applications is a plus
• Technical skills with a focus on applying technology in actuarial models
