Job Summary
A company is looking for an Actuarial Analyst to provide technical and analytical support to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop understanding of actuarial concepts and related business processes
- Create and maintain spreadsheet and database tools for data management and analysis
- Generate reports and assist in resolving calculation discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience in statistical or data analysis; background in life insurance preferred
- Knowledge of life insurance products and indexed universal life preferred
- Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic and Macros; working knowledge of Access and Word
- Strong systems aptitude for working with large data sets
