Actuarial Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic Personal Lines Actuarial team, the full-time Actuarial Analyst will support the analysis of results for personal lines of business across 1-3 states while working in a hybrid environment or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge of basic actuarial concepts and methods relevant to the actuarial focus area
• Compile and categorize data, preparing exhibits and assisting in system specifications for rate actions
• Communicate technical analyses effectively to business partners and upper management while collaborating with team members

Required qualifications

• Completion of a bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
• Progress towards a professional actuarial designation
• Familiarity with actuarial software applications and data analysis tools
• Understanding of company data structures and definitions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
