Job Summary
Supporting healthcare pricing and financial forecasting, the full-time Actuarial Analyst will perform actuarial research, calculate premiums and reserves, and provide analytic support to various teams while working remotely with occasional in-office visits.
Key responsibilities
- Conducts actuarial research, experience studies, and statistical analyses to support pricing and valuation
- Calculates premiums and reserves for insurance plans and communicates filing status to stakeholders
- Retrieves and validates data for actuarial models, reports, and regulatory filings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years of relevant actuarial experience or equivalent related experience
- Completion of at least 3 exams towards the ASA designation
- Experience with actuarial research and statistical analysis
- Participation in the Actuarial Development Program is preferred
