Actuarial Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Analytics team in the Product department, the remote Actuarial Analyst will perform data analysis, validate data for accuracy, draft reports, and present findings to various stakeholders while mastering the company's data ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues for reporting and analytics tools
- Extract insights from complex data sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Design and develop user-friendly dashboards and reports to enhance client engagement with the product suite
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM or quantitative major or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of Actuary experience in Property-Casualty (P&C) insurance
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance metrics and trends
- Highly proficient in SQL with experience in complex database analysis
- Experience with BI tools and knowledge of data visualization best practices
