Actuarial Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Actuarial Analyst II (ACA).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop actionable recommendations and profitability reports for management
• Lead analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and evaluate assumptions
• Prepare IBNR reserves calculations and assess government reimbursement processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, economics, or a related field
• Minimum of one year of decision support or financial analysis experience preferred
• Intermediate database experience (SQL, SAS, or Access) required
• Managed care or healthcare experience preferred
• Active pursuit of an actuarial designation (ASA) is required
