Job Summary
A company is looking for an Actuarial Analyst II focused on Workers' Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct actuarial analysis using advanced techniques and tools, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks
- Implement process improvements and act as a technical reviewer for peer work
- Manage small to medium-sized projects and provide training to junior team members
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of actuarial-related work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business; a master's degree is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL, VBA, R, or Python is expected
- Successful completion of five or more exams towards ACAS/FCAS or equivalent certification is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
