Actuarial Analyst with ASA License

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Actuarial Analyst I to provide data and analysis supporting key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop actionable recommendations and calculate profitability reports
• Perform regular and ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities for efficiency and affordability
• Prepare monthly calculations of IBNR reserves and evaluate government reimbursement processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, economics, or a related field
• Preferred experience with databases (SAS or Access)
• Preferred experience in managed care or healthcare
• At least one exam passed under the Society of Actuaries Exam Syllabus
• Active pursuit of an actuarial designation (ASA)
