Job Summary
To support strategic decision-making and profitable growth initiatives, the full-time Actuarial Associate will evaluate product performance, develop pricing recommendations, and lead actuarial analyses for new and existing insurance products in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead actuarial analyses and develop recommendations for rate revisions and pricing initiatives
- Evaluate product and portfolio performance to support profitability and growth objectives
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate implementation of product and rating changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, or a related technical field
- Minimum of five to seven years of relevant work experience in property and casualty insurance
- Strong analytical background with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Access, and Word
- Experience with R, Python, or SAS preferred
- Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) designation required
