Actuarial Associate (ASA)

Job Summary

Leading pricing and strategy efforts for Supplemental Health products, the full-time remote Actuarial Associate (ASA) will perform pricing, profitability management, and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive high-value projects and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pricing, profitability management, and monitoring of Supplemental Health products to ensure competitiveness and financial soundness
• Analyze assumptions, develop rates, and provide financial projections to guide product creation and strategy
• Review results to identify trends, recommend actions, and support risk management while ensuring compliance with actuarial standards

Required qualifications

• Successful completion of Exam P and one additional exam from the Society of Actuaries, with a commitment to attain FSA
• Solid actuarial background with experience in pricing preferred
• Familiarity with AXIS or other actuarial modeling tools
• Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection in the United States or Puerto Rico
• Strong ability to lead projects and collaborate across diverse teams
