Job Summary
Overseeing actuarial functions for Medicare Accountable Care Organizations, the remote Actuarial Associate Director will manage resources, analyze complex data, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance business performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain actuarial models for forecasting performance risks associated with Medicare ACO lines of business
- Analyze revenue and claim data, translating complex concepts for diverse audiences, including senior leaders
- Mentor and direct a team of analysts while communicating results and providing recommendations to stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of actuarial experience with a focus on healthcare analytics and modeling
- 3+ years of experience analyzing large healthcare claim datasets
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL
