Actuarial Associate I

Job Summary

Joining the Retirement Actuarial Financial Reporting team, the full-time Actuarial Associate I will conduct valuation processes for deferred annuity products, prepare actuarial reports, and assist with audit inquiries while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual valuation processes for deferred annuity products
• Prepare and analyze actuarial reports generated by junior staff
• Maintain and enhance the deferred annuity valuation model and assist in audit inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong quantitative background
• 2 to 4 years of annuity-related actuarial experience
• Completion of 3 to 5 actuarial exams
• Experience with Python, Snowflake, or other actuarial modeling software
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively
