Actuarial Associate (NC Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Actuarial Associate to support the Liability Analysis and Services team with variable annuities and related products.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce monthly asset results and support attribution results for variable annuities and Shield products
• Conduct hedging analysis and propose solutions to enhance hedge strategy
• Develop expertise in asset and liability models, performing updates and analysis as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Finance
• Recently credentialed ASA or actively pursuing ASA completion
• 3 years of actuarial experience preferred
• Variable Annuity and RILA product knowledge preferred
• Computing and programming skills; Python preferred
