Actuarial Consultant

Job Summary

Utilizing expertise in the Commercial Pharmacy Market, the full-time remote Actuarial Consultant will assess programs, identify risks, and provide analytical insights through data, forecasting, and modeling within the Strategic Pricing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively provide resources and expertise to coworkers and stakeholders while influencing decisions through technical insights
• Conduct analysis of product line financials and performance, supporting actuarial documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Develop and enhance actuarial models, translating complex actuarial constructs into actionable recommendations for business partners

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Payer / PBM and actuarial roles
• Expertise in pharmacy data analytics with advanced proficiency in Excel, SAS, and Python
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments independently
• Proficient in process mapping and quality/process improvement methodologies
