Actuarial Consultant - ASA Required

Job Summary

Experienced actuaries will find a full-time remote Actuarial Consultant - ASA Required position focused on complex annuity valuation, financial reporting, and enhancing actuarial models within the Retirement Solutions Financial Reporting team.

Key responsibilities

• Support quarterly GAAP and statutory valuation, financial reporting, and forecasting for Retirement Solutions products
• Maintain and enhance GGY AXIS models to ensure robustness and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve capital efficiency and reduce earnings volatility

Required qualifications

• Strong background in retirement product or annuity valuation with experience in quarterly closes and forecasting
• Hands-on experience with actuarial modeling platforms such as GGY AXIS or MG-ALFA
• Proficient in data and tooling skills, including SQL and Excel/VBA
• ASA designation required; progress towards FSA preferred
• Typically three to five years of actuarial experience
