Actuarial Consultant - Personal Lines

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Actuarial Technical Consultant - Personal Lines Pricing, the successful candidate will conduct state product reviews, enhance rating plans, and lead pricing analysis to support the pricing function and ensure financial success.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct state product reviews and assess rate adequacy to ensure financial success
• Enhance rating plans, establish risk segmentation, and provide pricing recommendations
• Analyze results and present findings to internal product, actuarial, and underwriting teams

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a similar field
• Generally, seven years of related experience in an actuarial and statistical support role
• Strong foundation in actuarial methodologies and data manipulation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical software
• Experience with SQL, DataBricks, Python, and R is preferred
