A company is looking for an Associate Director, Actuarial Consulting, to provide strategic insights and support for health benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate stakeholders on actuarial plan design and health-system navigation
• Forecast financial impacts and develop analytic work using actuarial models
• Generate client-specific actuarial outputs and enhance modeling tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
• 5+ years of experience in health benefit financial/pricing roles
• Experience as a medical benefit strategic lead for large employee groups
• Familiarity with health plan analytic principles and risk management practices
• Proven ability to develop and implement new benefit strategies
