Actuarial Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pricing Actuarial Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance risk modeling to improve pricing accuracy while meeting regulatory and business needs
• Collaborate with teams to develop lifetime values (LTV) and establish a KPI reporting structure
• Lead data segmentation improvements and oversee exploratory data analysis related to pricing and retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field
• Associate or Fellowship designation in the Casualty Actuary Society or Society of Actuaries
• 7+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in actuarial or data science roles
• Experience with data manipulation, statistical analysis, and industry rating software (e.g., Radar, Emblem, Earnix)
• Prior people management experience preferred
