Actuarial Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Actuarial Director who will lead and manage pet health and wellness products nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, design, and pricing of new insurance products and enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with market needs
• Analyze competitive landscape and develop actuarial models to optimize pricing strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Minimum of ASA or ACAS actuarial qualification preferred
• At least 8+ years of professional actuarial experience in the insurance industry
• At least 2+ years of management experience
• Demonstrated experience in product development and pricing strategies
