Actuarial Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Actuarial Manager, Valuation & Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial closes and ensure accuracy in valuation team contributions to financial processes
• Manage complex payer reconciliations and external communications with payer partners
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to track financial performance trends

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in actuarial science, healthcare economics, or healthcare valuation
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related field; ASA or FSA designation preferred
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI/dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
• Proven track record of managing relationships with external payer partners
• Experience integrating AI or machine learning tools into financial workflows is a plus
