Actuarial Manager, ASA/FSA

Job Summary

To ensure the Actuarial Department delivers excellent services, the remote Actuarial Manager, ASA/FSA will manage value-based contracts, determine performance measures, and supervise actuarial analysts while collaborating with key stakeholders on risk assessment and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of value-based contracts, including performance measures and benchmarks
• Supervise actuarial analysts and ensure the reliability of statistical methodologies in tracking performance
• Collaborate with Enterprise Risk Management and internal stakeholders to enhance risk assessment and analytics

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive actuarial experience in health insurance, managed care, or related consulting
• Expertise in actuarial value-based contracting, commercial pricing, and Medicare pricing
• ASA or FSA designation required
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with commercial and government health programs, including Medicare and Medicaid risk adjustment
