Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the remote Actuarial Manager - MA Licensed will oversee pricing strategy and business performance across a multi-state Personal Lines portfolio, delivering impactful analyses and driving strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a team with expertise in assigned states while developing insights to inform rate changes and business initiatives
• Assess the impact of product changes and market trends on profitability, translating complex data into actionable recommendations
• Mentor and support junior actuarial staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a collaborative environment

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of actuarial or related experience
• ACAS designation or near completion
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional expertise in a specialized field
• Strong SQL proficiency and analytical capabilities
• Proven ability to manage complex analyses and communicate effectively with senior leadership
